1. Services Provided

Our services include AI-driven sales solutions tailored to SMBs and B2B SaaS companies, including one-time packages (e.g., audits, automation setup) and recurring optimization services.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed before service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal provided to the client prior to service initiation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during service delivery remain the intellectual property of Outbound AI Pro unless explicitly transferred in writing. This includes documentation, templates, algorithms, and other proprietary tools developed during the engagement.

4. Refund Policy (if applicable)

Refunds or cancellations for services are available under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment for one-time packages that have not yet been initiated.

• Refunds are not available for services already delivered or partially completed unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Recurring services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice, but no refunds will be issued for work already performed during the billing cycle.
